The inspection covered a heavy duty pallet rack unit with the specification of L3000 × W1000 × H5400 mm and a load capacity of 2,500 kg per level across four levels. Two sets of samples were drawn on December 6, 2018, from the company's finished product warehouse, and testing was conducted on December 6–7, 2018, at both the enterprise trial zone and the Nanjing Jiangning testing site. The report documents test results across three pages covering dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, load-bearing performance, and surface coating quality.
Dimensional testing verified that the rack's effective column spacing measured 3,000 mm against a tolerance of ±5 mm, and the depth measured 999 mm against a tolerance of ±3 mm, both within acceptable limits. Load-bearing performance was verified through vertical load testing. Under maximum load, the beam deflection measured 1/379 of the effective span, well within the standard's requirement that deflection be less than 1/200. Under 1.5 times the rated load, the beam-to-upright connection, the beam itself, and the upright frame all maintained their original functionality without deformation, satisfying the standard's strength, rigidity, and stability requirements.
Surface coating quality was also inspected under the powder electrostatic spraying requirements. The average coating thickness measured 74 μm against a minimum requirement of 60 μm, while the thinnest point measured 57 μm against a minimum requirement of 40 μm. The sprayed surface showed no visible pinholes, shrinkage cavities, or significant color deviation, and the coated components exhibited a smooth, uniform finish free from exposed substrate, sagging, bubbles, wrinkles, or impurities. Coating hardness was confirmed to meet the pencil hardness H grade specified in GB/T 6739.
