A wraparound label may meet edge to edge or overlap at the seam. To keep that join away from a logo, define its allowed position on the assembled package before approving the artwork and the labeling setup.

Set a usable seam zone
Mark a visual front or another repeatable part reference on the drawing. Define a seam zone, the allowed overlap or gap, and the areas that must remain clear. For graphics printed on the label itself, inspect the label cut and the applied seam separately. Artwork can move relative to the cut edge even when the whole label is applied at the correct position.
Check production-representative packs with the cap and other orientation features in place. Rotate each pack through a full turn and measure the closest seam edge to the protected artwork. On a tapered container, record the distance at the top and bottom, since a skewed label can clear the artwork at one end and cross it at the other. Inspect pieces from multiple points in the run. Record whether the issue follows the label cut, application position, or orientation of the assembled pack.
