               High-Voltage Alternating-Current Disconnectors and Earthing
               Switches.

The insulation test program included three key items. The
               power-frequency voltage test was conducted at 42 kV for one
               minute between phases and to earth. The lightning impulse
               voltage test was carried out at 75 kV between phases and to
               earth. The auxiliary and control circuits also underwent a
               2000 V dielectric test for one minute. The inspection report
               records all three items as passed.
